Todd R. Ohlheiser, CAE
With decades of leadership in the construction materials industry, Todd Ohlheiser has served as Executive Director of both CRMCA and the Colorado Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (CSSGA) since 2013. His background spans senior management roles in the concrete and aggregate mining sectors across the U.S. and Canada. At CRMCA, Todd champions the industry’s interests through strategic advocacy, regulatory engagement, and initiatives that prioritize safety and long-term industry improvement.
A Certified Association Executive, Todd holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University, and an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the North Dakota State College of Science.
James “JT” F. Mesite, P.E.
James “JT” F. Mesite III brings over two decades of geotechnical engineering expertise to his role as CRMCA’s Program Manager. A licensed Professional Engineer, JT has deep experience in materials testing across soils, asphalt, and concrete. His technical insights have supported a wide range of infrastructure projects throughout Colorado, from roadways and municipal facilities to commercial and residential developments. His combination of field, lab, and consulting experience makes him an invaluable resource for members navigating complex construction challenges.
Emma Dolan
Since joining CRMCA in 2016, Emma Dolan has played a key role in shaping the association’s communications and member engagement strategies. In her current position as Member Resources & Communications Manager for both CRMCA and CSSGA, Emma drives initiatives that increase industry visibility and foster strong member connections. She leads the development of comprehensive communication plans, manages digital content, oversees events, and curates member resources—all designed to keep members informed, engaged, and connected.
Emma’s strategic approach ensures members have clear access to the information and opportunities that help them succeed.
Megan Kinghorn
Megan Kinghorn joined CRMCA in December 2023 and quickly established herself as a key operational leader. As Operations Supervisor, she focuses on optimizing internal processes, enhancing efficiency, and managing critical programs that support both current and future association initiatives. Megan brings a strong background in data management, office administration, and systems implementation, paired with a passion for promoting trade careers as viable, respected paths for young professionals.
Outside of the office, Megan dedicates her time to the Colorado Sled Hockey organization, managing their Tier 1 team, which includes several Paralympic Gold Medalists. A committed advocate for adaptive sports, Megan also trains her Goldendoodle, Penelope, as a service animal to assist athletes with disabilities. She and her husband look forward to cheering on Team USA at the 2026 Winter Paralympics in Milan, Italy.
