The CRMCA Emerging Leaders Committee is designed to support the next generation of professionals in Colorado’s ready mixed concrete industry. This committee provides a platform for up-and-coming leaders to grow their industry knowledge, expand their professional network, and gain meaningful involvement in the association’s work.
By participating in committee activities, site tours, networking events, and leadership development programs, Emerging Leaders become more engaged in the future of the industry and are prepared to take on leadership roles within their companies and CRMCA.

- Industry Networking: Create opportunities for peer connection across producer, contractor, and associate member companies through events and mixers.
- Jobsite Tours & Field Learning: Host in-person learning experiences to provide exposure to real-world concrete production, placement, and innovation.
- Association Engagement: Encourage involvement in CRMCA’s broader committee structure, advocacy efforts, and public outreach initiatives.
