This login is for individuals who have been setup as their company’s Primary Account Contact in our Membership Management System (aka, Member Directory) and/or individuals who have been set up as a contact, whether private or public, under their company’s record in our Membership Management System.

If you are your company’s Primary Account Contact, you will be able to edit your company’s private and public details for your Member Directory listing and internal CRMCA use. You will also be able to add, update, or remove any additional contacts and/or locations in our system. Adding or removing additional contacts to your company’s profile will also add or remove them to/from our email system. If you would like to add someone to our mailing lists but don’t want them listed publicly in your Member Directory listing, please mark their record as private.

This login is NOT for accessing or updating your ACI Certification or Event registrations—those are handled through a different system. If that is what you are looking for, please click on any of the registration links for your event or exam that you have either received via email or find on our website. Once you’ve been redirected to Eventsquid (the system we use for events), you can access all of your old, current, or upcoming registrations by clicking on your name in blue in the top right corner of the screen and selecting My Events. Your own registrations will be listed on the page you’re redirected to, or you can use the My Events dropdown to select anyone else you’ve previously registered to view and/or edit/add to their registration.

If this is your first time logging into this system, please use the Request Password option to set up your password and log into the system. If you are unable to sign in and the Request Password option doesn’t return any results, please contact Megan Kinghorn for assistance.
