Transfers & Cancellations
Transfer and Cancellation requests must be received in writing with no less than 5 business days’ notice before the date of the exam or training in order to be eligible for a change or refund. In order to request a transfer or cancellation, the request must be emailed to aci@coloradocaa.org; verbal requests will not be considered.
