As requested by members of the concrete industry, the CRMCA is continuing the Online Concrete Procedures video series with ASTM C157 Length Change of Hardened Concrete, also known as Shrinkage testing. Shrinkage is a procedure performed regularly for concrete mix designs. Some are familiar with this procedure but more are not. If you are in the lab, specifying or approving mixes, or managing concrete projects, it is good to know this procedure. This procedure is also part of the ACI Laboratory Testing Technician Level 2 certification.
