ACI Certifications Resume in August!

The Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) has been offering certifications through the American Concrete Institute (ACI) for many years. This year is no different. Coming next month, the ACI certification sessions in Colorado will return to their normal schedule.

For the remainder of the year, the CRMCA has scheduled:

16 Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 certification sessions,
2 Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 TRAINING sessions,
3 Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification sessions, and
2 Concrete Aggregate Testing Technician Level 1 certification sessions.

If you or your employees need to register for any of the ACI sessions the CRMCA offers, go to our registration page for available dates.

With all these certifications planned, assistance is also required to continue running the sessions smoothly. Supplemental Examiners (SEs) are ALWAYS needed! The CRMCA also has additional training and refreshment of the testing procedures for the Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade 1 certification and Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification. Videos have been created to assist in understanding the procedures including tips and reasoning for the testing. These videos can be found on the CRMCA YouTube channel. The development of these videos will continue to improve the consistency of field and laboratory testing in Colorado, surrounding regions, and globally.

Lastly, but most importantly, please welcome Nicole Aganon to the CRMCA staff. She will be taking over the administration of ACI certification processes, including invoicing, coordination of study materials, transfers and cancellations, and proctor credit tracking.
