NOMINATION PERIOD: The safety contest will cover the period from January 1 through December 31, 2024.

ELLIGIBLE NOMINEES: Production Employees including the following list.

  • Plant Personnel – Laborer and On-site Management
  • Batchmen, Ready Mixed Concrete Delivery Drivers, Loader Operators
  • Mechanics, Service Men/Women, Welders
  • Quality Control

AWARDS:

  • Plaques will be awarded for sites that have 5+ consecutive years accident free. This does NOT include sites with reportable incidents, restricted duty, or lost time.
    Certificates will be awarded for sites that have 4 or less consecutive year(s) accident free. This does NOT include sites with reportable incidents, restricted duty, or lost time.

DEADLINE: Award forms must be submitted via email no later than Friday, February 7.
