Todd address the attendees at the 2014 Annual Conference

Welcome to 2015!!  I hope everyone had a great holiday season and is ready for the New Year.  I want to thank all our board members, and especially the efforts of the 2013 and 2014 President, Robb VanderSchaaff with Bestway Concrete.  His leadership over the past 2 years has strengthened CRMCA in many ways.  I look forward to working with incoming President, Rich Umbel with Oldcastle Companies, for the exciting year ahead.

We will continue to build on the momentum of our annual conference and the theme “Strength in Numbers”.  Our focus will be on strengthening CRMCA by interacting with other groups as required.  Our business dealings with NRMCA, ACI, and ASTM on a national level, along with more localized associations like CSSGA, CCA, PCA, and CAPA positively impact the industry on a national and statewide level.

Regarding upcoming events for Quarter 1, 2015:

  • Our Monday meetings at the Capitol begin January 12 and the first Legislative Breakfast occurs January 21.   Information is available on the calendar for these important sessions.
  • We again look forward to CRMCA Night at the Rodeo on January 22.  This is always entertaining, as well as a great networking opportunity.  Please make plans to attend. Click here to register.
